I'm considering a morning ceremony (Swan) and a brunch reception at a restaurant for about 20 people. But I figure everything will be done by 2ish which leaves a lot of the day left.

I want to spend time together as a group since everyone is traveling to see us but we (the couple) don't want to be responsible for paying for a second meal/event for everyone lol. What are you all planning for your day?

We have an Epcot DP planned for the evening, but aren't scheduling anything for our guests. Our wedding is on a Sunday of a long weekend, and we're getting the feeling most of our guests will be flying in Saturday and flying home Monday, so the time in between is really their only Disney time, so we're telling them to use the time as free time.

We had our wedding at 10 am, followed immediately by brunch....then a dessert party that night. People were on their own the time between the reception and the dessert party. We did host (pay for) a couple other events though, a welcome dinner the night before the wedding and a farewell breakfast the morning after our wedding day. We were married on a Friday morning; we arrived at Disney the Monday before and stayed until the Sunday after. We let people know our schedule and for those who arrived early, stayed after the wedding, we saw them then too, though not everyone chose to join us and we did plan some things for just us - dinner at Flying Fish, breakfast at Kona, parasailing at The Contemporary, sleigh ride at Fort Wilderness, and dinner on our wedding night.

We gave out welcome bags with snacks and drinks and a $15 gift card per person. The brunch was SO much food, no one needed a huge meal the rest of the day ;)
