What's the appeal of those kind of sunglasses? Do girls like looking like bugs?

No, for me, they stay on my face better, and they block all the sun out when I'm driving. I'm sure we'll all have different answers. I also think my nose is humongus, so it also takes that away for me.

Yah when they first came in style, I thought they looked horrid. But the more I see them the cuter they look. That's just how fashion is. BAck in the 50's people thought it looked cute to have jeans that came all the way up up up! Now it's lowrise...it's just how fashion is, every few years it chanegs. And I also think they're more comfy and cuter than the skinnier shades. I have quite a few pairs. But I think it only works on girls...

Me and my friend went shopping today, every store we went into we tried on sunglasses, every pair made us look like a bug, until I finally found the perfect pair of big sunglasses that wasn't too bug like. It is the fashion and it keeps the sun out nicely. Some pairs are indeed very buglike though, but not mine!

My sunglasses aren't the most bug-eyed-you-can-get type sunglasses. Yes, they're kind of big, but they fit nicely with my face shape. Smaller sunglasses don't look nice on me at all.

AVAIATORS ARE SUPER UGLY. IMHO.

i have ones that (well i can't see the picture) are probably smaler then the ones your talking about. and i have absolutly no idea why girls wear them. i think they look horrid. but then again i wear gym shorts and a T-shirt every day.

so i'm not always the person to ask for your fashion tips.

Are the ones in the picture Aviators? They look like something a pilot would wear under a leather cap and scarf back in the forties.

A lot of the girls at our school have them. I don't own any of them, but I think some of them are cute. I'll put on my friends black ones just for fun to see how wierd I look [I was not made to wear sunglasses ] They do block out the sun, but I like the black color the best.

I hate that trend lol. I think those sunglasses are really ugly lol. But that is just my opinion. I like small/petite glasses so yeah you definitely won't find me in a pair of those lol.
