Question for the guys.......

This is a serious question - and I want serious and honest answers!

What type of gift do guys really want for Valentine's Day - no trashy/smutty answers, please! I know that most of you really don't want a plush singing gorilla stuffed animal - so what little gift would make you happiest?

LOL!! There you go!! That would be the perfect gift!

Valentine's present for a guy?!? I've never heard of such a thing.

Actually, I bought my DH a card. That's what he'll be getting from me and the kids. I'll write something nice and mushy inside.

He feels obligated to buy me something, plus it's good to teach the kids to give. I told him to buy me the coffee maker that he wants... I know that we're going to get it anyway, whether it's for VD or not, so I figure that's a good gift for me, and indirectly for him.

I asked this question of two men, one being my DH and one being my friend's DH, I asked them seperately and they both said the same thing.....

NOTHING!!

I was surprised by this, but I guess I shouldn't have been.

My DD is 17 and we discussed what to get for her boyfriend ... here were some ideas:

> 2 tickets to a concert or sporting event (for him to take you to, of course)

> Container (maybe that he can use on his dresser) filled with chocolate kisses

> Cologne

> Leather driving gloves

> Watch

> Any inexpensive thing related to a hobby

I want to be woken up to a 5 course breakfast. When I come home from work, I want a full meal planned (or a restaurant) followed by a back massage and a night of just lying around doing nothing.
