Question for people who use Blockbuster Total Access

I have 21 movies in my que - the first 5 are available. I just added more movies since I was told I should have 30-40 movies in my que.

I moved my que around and I'm going to see how many days it will take before they ship me a movie. I would call them but I see they are only open M-F for "customer care".

I'm going to call Monday since they haven't given me a credit for the Feb. movie that's listed on my rental history that NEVER made it to my house.

I think my complaint emails have put me on some type of "do not send" list! :confused3
 
I returned 2 to the store on thursday. My online account shows no different than it did before I returned them. Same movies out, none 'received', nonew ones shipped.
 
You all just made me feel so much better. I have been having the same problem w/Blockbuster Total Access. I was with Netflix for about 2 years and never any problems even when we moved but DS liked BB's deal of the free movie/video game coupon per month and the return/exchange in the store while waiting for a new movie to come in the mail. We started mid January and the first few weeks went just fine then on 2/16 they showed they sent a movie and after 5 days I reported we never received it and requested a replacement. According to them they were sending a new one out that day. Nothing was ever sent. Two weeks later no movies whatsoever and I e-mailed them and I got the nonsense about not enough in our queue even though everything shows available. So we upped our queue to 31 and still nothing shipped and I e-mailed again after trying to call and getting nothing but busy signals. Got the same nonsense response about it taking a few extra days for things to ship. Oh sure they sent me a coupon with the 1st e-mail. Also, I now see that the movie that shipped on 2/16 that we never received, they received back on 2/24...How did this happen? I threatened to go back to cancel and go back to Netflix and they could care less so that is exactly what I have done. I think Netflix is going to find alot of their customers returning.
