I need to transfer a thread to another person. She will be taking over the swap. How do I do that?

Unfortunately there is no way for you to do that. She will just have to start a new thread. If there is information in your thread that she needs she can just copy it over. If you use the "multiquote" feature she can select all the posts she wants to copy, then start her new thread. There will be an option at the bottom of the posting box for her to have those posts quoted in her post.
