Question for ladies with eyeglasses...tips for keeping them secure in rides

I have ridden everything at Disney with my glasses on and have never had an issue with them coming off. Dinsey rides just aren't that intense. When I first started going, I did use a sports strap, but never do anymore. I might use it on a couple of rides at Universal, but, honestly, well-fitting glasses should not shake loose from your head.

DD doesn't like her glasses fitted very tightly so they tend to slip down her nose when reading or on her phone, she uses a combination of these two:
Silicone loops pushed all the way to the front (her glasses actually have a decorative dip there and they hold it in place so it never moves)-

This is what I was trying to explain with the little hair bands. These look pretty cool. Since the arms on your glasses are somewhat flexible, these really don't hurt.

I found that the Soft Silicone Eyeglass Ear Hooks are perfect for retention on wild rides They also help to keep my external hearing aids securely over my ears.

If there were an advertising slogan it might go something like this: "Soft Silicone Eyeglass Ear Hooks, approved by Captain Hook and theme park riders everywhere".

I do have to have my sunglasses. If I can't hold them, I will throw them in my shirt - a little between my breast :)

I don't wear glasses on rides, but I do have hearing aids. If a ride is going to be rough I will take them off and put them in their carry case. I forgot to take them off for Hagrids and I held them on for fear of losing them.

I always wear my glasses on all the rides (including Guardians and Tron). Never had an issue. It never crossed my mind to remove them. I need them for distance so I need them to see the attractions. I do usually pack my old glasses for vacation in case I lose my current ones so I at least have something to wear.
