I am just wondering in all the years you have gone to WDW what ride have you never gone on?? My ride is the astro orbitor. Not because I'm scared just because.

So in all the times you have gone what ride have you just said no to?

:p

Dumbo, the lineups always way too long for what is, in essence, the same as the Aladdin's Carpets, or half a dozen midway rides I can think of.

I've been on IASW once, so it doesn't really count, but I do say no to it now. That song is sooooo persistent.

Ciao,
Mort.

I have never ridden on the riverboat and always say I am going to, but we just never get around to it. I have never been in the Christmas shop around the corner from Liberty Tree either.

Dumbo, Tom Sawyer Island, Indy Speedway - the only one I care to try is Tom Sawyer Island - for some reason we just never get around to going there. Dumbo and the Speedway I can live without.

The Speedway. There's always an incredibly long and slow line, so we go to get on it... and think.. "nope. Not important enough to stand in this line."

Maybe one day.

:)

As an aside, I'll never ride the tea cups again. I DID hork. Suggestion if you like the tea cups: don't eat a turkey leg beforehand. Come to think of it, don't eat a turkey leg.

The rides we've never tried are what I consider to be glorified carnival rides. The Astro Orbitor and the Carpets come to mind. Also, I've never the race cars. Having spent a decade commuting to Philly each day, I can't see waiting for close to an hour to relive driving the Schuylkill Expressway.

Funny, all the rides I've intentionally avoided are ALL in MK. The one attraction I've never seen that I desperately want to, after over thirty trips, is COP. My summer trips are always built around seminars in the Epcot area and I can never get away, and all my other trips are during value season when the thing is closed. I blew off the business trip this June to take a last child-free trip with pregnant DW, and oh, am I hoping COP is open the second week of June....

MK-Dumbo--but I'd like to, just cause it's Dumbo. I never have in the past because I'd feel silly as a single adult. But when I go in 10 days I'll be with my 3 year old godson and his 4 year old brother so I might finally have my excuse
Aladdin's Carpets--same as Dumbo
Everything in Toontown--again, childless adult
Shootin' Arcade--No desire to do this
Main Street Vehicles--No reason, just never have

Epcot--Making of Me in the Wonders of Life Pavillion--No desire to see THAT

MGM--HISTK playground--kid thing again
Playhouse Disney--Ditto

AK--Triceratops Spin--ditto on the kid thing, but even then, not sure I'd want to ride it since it is the same as Dumbo and Aladdin
Tarzan Rocks--a friend told me it sucked and so I steered clear, but I may do this sometime to make up my own mind.
Affection Section--Not really into the direct contact with animals thing
Habitat Habit--No reason, just never have
Flights of Wonder-No reason really
Pocahontas and her Forest Friends--never really appealed to me

BTW, this was a great question! Also, while my list really isn't long, I will say that I always try to do something new on a trip. On my last trip I did the China movie (and now that it's been replaced, I'll need to see the new one), VOTLM, Kali River Rapids, and Tom Sawyer's Island for the first time. And I like to try a new place to eat each time (last trip it was Alfredo's in Italy and 50's Prime Time Cafe).

HA! - laughing my butt off Pat! As one who currently lives in the Philly suburbs and risks life, limb and the finish on my new van on the Schuylkill - i hear ya!

Indy raceway is probably the only one, however there are a few other rides I haven't been on at WDW but have been on the same rides in Disneyland Resort Paris!!
I don't count these as they are exactly the same.

I, too, was laughing my butt off, Pat. I live in NJ, but my family lives in Philly and I worked there for long enough!!!

The only thing we've said no to is Tom Sawyer Island. I always say we'll make time the next trip, but so far that hasn't happened. Maybe in October!!!

I have never done the Tki Room. On my last trip, I was actually inside and sitting down when my 3 yr. old DS decided he needed to go potty - NOW!!!! Well, you know the rest....

Snow White's Scary Adventures
The Speedway
Dinosaur
Primeval Whirl

B'rer Karen-just so you know, you should REALLY ignore your friend! My grandparents even love this show! I absolutely LOVE it, except for one part that does tend to be entirely too silly (not going to give anything away) but the athletes in this are SO talented! Worth at least trying, I generally choose it over Lion King.

The two big ones that stick out for me are:

Astro Orbiter - no real desire and line always looks too long

Alien Encounter - something always comes up...its a priority for next trip.

There are several rides I have yet to be on:

MK- Alien Encounter(no way)
Epcot- Cranium Command(only because it was evac'd) and Honey I shrunk the Audience(effects)
MGM- Rock N Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, and Sounds Dangerous(all are definetly no go's)
AK- Primeval Whirl(will do xmas) and Tough to be a bug(same as Honey)

Never been on Dumbo or the Speedway. I would like to get on Dumbo but the line is always so long. Maybe some day when I have children I'll wait for them, but right now no. :)
