You'll feel better in the morning after the sun hits your joints, @team bradfield .
It's like the show I saw on cable tv some years ago. "Meerkat Manor". Cold blooded animals look for the morning sun to warm their blood especially on the thin portion of their bellies.
But, uh, i mean really,You're not older you're just better?

PS - tried the Lobster Reuben yet?

Thanks @bama_ed
I have not seen the lobster reuben on a menu yet, sounds good.
I did a thing yesterday.
Thanks everybody.Ouch. I pray you heal quickly. Looks like you'll be sleeping in a recliner for a bit.
I pulled the pain block catheter out and feel 100% better. It was clogged and I think resting on the nerve. Just a manageable dull ache now. I haven't tried the range of motion exercise yet, but I think it will go much better than yesterday.Mine did the same thing on my ankle. The next 72 hours was probably the worst of the pain. Godspeed!!
They do and it works wonders. I have taken it off and on when my hips act up. I was pretty surprised they prescribed it when the nerve block stopped working. Ortho docs have an aversion to NSAIDS. There is data saying they inhibit bone growth after surgery. I wasn't allowed to take any ibuprofen or other NSAIDS for 7 days prior to surgery. For me, they do a better job than narcotics, although I do still have oxycodone. I have cut back on that to 1/2 pill every 6 hours instead of the 1-2 pills every 4 they suggested. I'm able to do my range of motion exercises pretty well and the movement is getting better and better. They still make celebrex? I thought that stuff was discontinued.
