**Question concerning UGGs**

For Christmas, my mother bought me a pair of UGG's that I absolutely adore. I have taken pretty good care of them, however, they have developed an odd smell. The smell isn't very pungent, but I can smell it if I take them off of my feet and stick my nose up to them. This bothers me as they are not very old, I have only had them since December 25th of 2010. I have only gotten them a little wet here and there, and have also sprayed them several times with water repellent (The Ugg brand). I just don't see what the problem is. Anywoo, I was just wondering if anyone knows any reason why this might be happening, and how can I fix it? I know this is off topic, but I really can't see myself getting only one winter out of such expensive boots. Thanks so much in advance!

Do you wear socks in them? I think it is recommended to be bare foot in them to decrease perspiration.

Are your feet sweating in them? If so, that's probably the problem.

Make sure you wear them with out socks!

Now that you mention it, I do remember hearing that you wear them barefoot. Thanks so much!

Maybe try those odor eater balls or some baking soda in a sock to take out the smell already in there?
