Question: Car Care Center shuttle service

I was just wondering if the shuttle service from our POP Century resort to the Car Care Center is just for the driver to pick up the car, or will they transport my whole family(there are 4 of us) to CCC to get our rental car? It would be nice to be able to take off for our beach day right from the CCC.
Also, is the shuttle just from resort to CCC and from CCC to resort, or will they drop us off to another location when we get back? I was just wondering because we have ADR at T-Rex in Downtown Disney that evening. Or would we have to catch shuttle back to POP, then take Disney transportation? If that's the case, I might consider taking a taxi to our dinner resv. Thanks to anyone who has the information i'm looking for!!!

I'd like to know this too as we're doing something similar: Picking up a car early, then driving out of town for a couple of days. We'll be returning it with the hope we can take the shuttle to one of the parks.

I asked a similar question about a month ago in relation to going to WWHP during August. I was told that the shuttle will drop you off at a park/wherever instead of just your hotel. Don't have an answer for the pick-up end!

You can use the shuttle for your entire family. Keep in mind that you may not be the only stop for the shuttle. When I took the shuttle back in August 2006, it picked me up at AKL, then we stopped at 2 of the All-Stars.
