question about why i can't reply on certain threads & avatar change

hi, maybe someone here can help. i have tried to reply to a few links and was unable to.
i also tried posting this question on the teq. support but was not able to get the " post new thread page open"
could it be because its been over a year since i posted anything? maybe even two years??
also i was trying o figure out how to change my cumsom avatar to a diffent photo..??
hopefully someone can help or this will be moved to the proper place..

hi.. yes i did change my email.. but its letting me reply to this, very weird??

You can only post here on the Welcome Board.

A confirmation was sent to the other email address, so your account is disabled until you confirm the email change. You need to go to the old email and find that confirmation and click on the link.

If you don't have access to the old email or can't find the confirmation (make sure to check your spam/junk box) then you will need to follow the directions in the thread stickied at the top here titled "If you are are not fully registered.. . . " and send an email to Support explaining the problem.
