Question about VISA card special pricing

Are the just released VISA Package discounts priced like other 2007 packages - the rate of the night you check in is the rate for each night in the package? Or is it based on the 2008 package pricing - each night is priced separately depending on which season it is in? I had read on another board that the special was setup like the 2008 pricing. Just trying to see if anyone knows the answer to this.
