Question about verandah on deck 10. (Wish)

Hello. I booked Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah on deck 10(aft).
And I found out that Fantasy have over ceiling in verandah on deck 10. So the range of sight for ocean becomes smaller.
Is it same with Wish, too?

Also, I want to delete my thread that I post on wrong page. Where is delete buttom?

We actually prefer the deck 10 overhang on the Wish to get some shade on our verandah. We don't find that it limits our sight line of the ocean, just less overhead sky.

I've sailed on Deck 10 on the Dream multiple times. The shade on the balcony is actually very pleasant for us and we enjoy a bit more privacy with not having anyone above us. Another benefit is that the room typically stays colder because you don't get direct sunlight into the room as much as the rooms below.

Some light sleepers have issues with noise above them on deck 10. It has never been an issue for us.

We have also sailed many times on the Dream and Fantasy in a deck 10 stateroom and wholeheartedly agree with the comments made in post #8 by DCLCruiseFan09. In addition, the overhang can also provide some extra shelter and allow you to sit on the balcony when it is raining.

We sailed deck 10 on the Fantasy years ago. I thought the overhang would bother me, but it didn't bother me/block the view at all (and as others pointed out, it does afford some shade!
