Question about "transferring" FPs

I am pregnant and we are going to WDW next month. I have FPs booked, but won't be able to use them. Can I give my dd my magic band to go through and use mine or when she scans it will they know it isn't hers? Does that make sense?

Once you are in the park, she can use your band for rides, yes.

I plan to do this also. I will give my DD18 my band to ride the thrill rides that I don't ride (RNR, ToT, EE) and possibly even some of the rides I normally would ride but don't feel up to it at that moment as I will have my Dbaby (5 months at that time) with me and who knows what will be going on.
