Question about Tiers at DHS

I have 5 people in my party. Right now, 3 have FPs for ToT. The other 2 would like FPs for RnRC. When I try to book, it says I have already chosen experiences from this list. Can different members of my party not book different attractions from Tier 1?

ToT is actually tier 2. Do you have any other FPs booked that might be tier one?

If you have TSMM booked for some - that is a Tier 1 ride.

That's what I meant. I had ToT on my mind, but it's TSM. We are all booked for that. So that makes sense that I can't book RnRC for some. Thanks!
