Question about tickets

:wave2: Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question, but I have some questions about how the new tickets work.

1. If you buy a 7 day ticket with 5 Magic Plus visits, does this mean that you can go to go the parks 7 different days AND also do the water parks, DQ, etc. for 5 times? Or do the 5 Magic Plus visits count as part of the 7 days?

2. Can you do multiple things on one day if you don't have the park hopper? For example, could I do MK and DQ in the same day and that would count as 1 day and 1 Magic Plus visit?

3. My DD is currently 9 years old. If I bought her a child ticket with the no expire option, could she still use the child ticket a few years from now when she would no longer qualify as a child?

I hope these questions make some kind of sense! Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated! :earsboy:

1. The 5 magic plus visits do not count in toward your seven days!

2. I would imagine you could, but you will have to find out from someone better knowledgable on this one because... If you do not have park hopper you cannot go from mk (with one visit) and then to AK on the same day (and have it use another visit/day). You are only allowed in one park per day BUT that may only count the four main one (MK, AK, Epcot and MGM)! Sorry I cannot better help with this one!

3. From what i have read the beauty of this is if you buy it now and she uses whatever and has something left over... when you go back and they see that she used it (let's say hypothetically) two years ago and she was nine and now she is eleven they will upgrade her ticket to an adult ticket with what she had remaining on her ticket (she will not lose days)! Now if someone were to do that and Disney looked up the age of the child when previously used and the age of the child at the current time and it did not match they would not honor it! So, basically they just need to verify ( i would imagine by sight) that she was the same one who used the ticket as a child and has just had a few birthdays between visits:)

I hope that helped some and that someone else can help with #2!!!

Have a good time!

You can use the ticket to go to the main parks and the water parks on the same day But each time you go in a park it will count as a separate use, so you would be using one park day and one plus. Even adding the park hopping would not change this. Going to a water park and the MK on the same day would still use one day and one plus. But if you only do one thing on one day, it is like getting 12 days on one ticket. If you ever think you would want to go to the more than one main park on the same day, you should add the park hopping.
