We bought 5 day hopper passes back in January 2020 when my daughter was 9. She is now 11. How do I exchange the ticket and pay the price difference? Any experience with this situation?

Thanks!

Many posters have reported that it is easy to visit the ticket booths to pay the difference to upgrade their child's ticket to an adult ticket. No big deal!

We did this the first week of August and also had Maxpass refunds to get. We went to the ticket booths the night before we entered the parks. For my son, the cost of upgrading to an adult was less than his Maxpass refund, so they deducted the upgrade cost from the refund, put the rest on a giftcard and gave us his actual ticket at the booth. The rest of us activated our tickets the next day at our Disneyland entry.

Yup, I talked to a cast member a few months ago about my son, as he turned 10 since we canceled our trip last year and she said to go to the ticket booth and upgrade there.
