We were in Orlando in 2005 and had tickets for Universal. There was a death in the extended family back home so my mom left to attend the funeral and never used her ticket. My dad remembers asking and being told the ticket would never expire. Anyone know if this is true? Thanks!!

If the tickets were never activated at the gate, the tickets should still be good. You could call Guest Services and ask them to check for you but you would need to fax them a copy of the tickets so they can check.
