Which new tower? The one next to Caribbean Beach, the one next to Swan and Dolphin or the one at Coronado Springs?

Well either way there has not been any details about room occupancy announced yet for any of them.

The tower next to Caribbean Beach is the new Riviera Resort and will be 100% DVC. It will most likely have Studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms. No word yet on whether the Studios will sleep 5 or whether it will have 3-bedroom Grand Villas.
