Question about SWA credit expiration

If I have a SWA credit due to either cancelled flights or finding a lower fare, does the credit expire 1 year from the original booking date or 1 year from the flight date?

Booking date, I believe.

Booking date. If you use the credits to book another flight, the original booking date still applies.

yes we cancelled a trip and rebooked it, and then paid extra for the new flights. ALL the flight for that will now expire back to the original date booked for the first Credit.
