Question about returning rental car to different location

Do car rental companies have a problem letting you return a car to a different location than you originally picked it up? We are thinking of flying into Orlando and returning from Jacksonville, FL. I've checked on the airline tickets and it's not a problem from their end, but I'm not sure about the rental car.

Most rental companies will not charge for a drop off anywhere in Florida. I would still check before you book the plane. You can do this on their WEB sites, just enter MCO as pickup and JAX as drop off.

I was checking this same situation for a week offsite, then the disney cruise, and there was no surcharge for dropping off at a different location.
