Question about reservations and borrowing

I am planning our trips for next year and getting ready to start making reservations , and I cannot find this information anywhere in my paperwoork, or on the DVC Member website, maybe I am lookin gin the wrong place

I have a February use year, if I want to make a reservation for February 2009at my home resort, can I borrow points from 2010 use year to do this? They would not be available for to use in 2008, but do they have to be currently on the books to reserve, or just in time forthem to be used? I know I didn't explain that very well, but any help would be so appreciated!!

Yes, you can use 2010 points starting on February 1st. The points do not have to be available when you make the reservation. They have to be available when you check-in. Now I'm not sure I am being very clear.

If you look at your account online, your 2010 points are there and available.
