Question about renting

I really hope I'm asking this in the right place

We have been planning to stay off-site for our upcoming trip but we are reconsidering now and looking into renting points at OKW (11 of us going so we would need a Villa to be together).

I believe I read that renters can have the Dining Plan added on (we will be there in July), and I saw the prices for that but I'm just wondering how I would find out what the complete price would be for a MYW package ~ we don't need ME, but I didn't know if I would just add on the price of tickets or how exactly this works.

I hope that made some sense, LOL ~ I'm really not very familiar with renting points yet, so I'm reading a lot of the threads but just not finding exactly what I'm looking for

To rent points you can go to the rent/trade board and post your vacation needs as well as finding someone with points to rent. Once you agree on a price with some one they will make the ressie for you. Generally after the initial deposit the member can give you a confirmation #. With this number you now can call MS and book ME, Disney Dining, Theme park Tickets, etc. The only thing the member handles is you room and that it, everything else is up to you. Each member handles the details different..so get an explaination up front with anyone you deal with......

With eleven persons, regardless of age, you would need a Grand Villa. At this late date, it may not be possible to even get a Grand Villa for multiple nights in July. Otherwise you will need 2-3 villas of a smaller size to accomodate your party. Good luck!

I would doubt a Grand Villa would be available for a July stay, but if one is not available, you could try for a 2 bedroom plus a studio if your mix of people will allow it. You will need at least one adult in the studio though. The GV sleeps 12 while the 2 bedroom only sleeps 8 and a studio 4.
