Question About Renting Points

If you purchase rented points at say $10/point, and you need 100 points, then that equals $1000.

My question is do you have to pay room taxes or any other types of fees? Or would it be the $1000.

Sorry, I know this is a basic question, but I am new to all this.

a 100 points is a lot for a studio....

try leaving off fri and sat - bad days to rent points.
