Okay, I know refillable mugs have been discussed here more than Mickey Mouse, but I have a few questions about them!
I don't mind carrying a resort mug around with me since we will have a double stroller with us, so we will have the storage space, plus anything we buy at the parks can be delivered right to our room at the Pop so no need to carry around souvenirs (love that by the way!).
Where exactly can you refill the mugs? I know at the resort food courts you can, but are there any other places to refill them? And how do you clean them out? In the room? I will have a sponge and dish soap to clean my son's sippie cups each day anyway so no problem cleaning out a mug too. But do they exchange it for you or clean it for you, let's say, if you had a coffee in it and later in the day want to get a soda? Forgive me if I sound naive or like I have no clue about this (but I really don't!), but my only experience with souvenir mugs or glasses was on cruises where I got this gigantic frozen drink and got to keep the glass, but they exchanged it for me for a clean one. (I have a whole collection of these by the way from all different cruiselines!).
Thanks,
Bonnie
