question about rainforest cafe gift cards

Can more than one gift card be used for the same bill? Can somebody with a lot of smaller gift cards trade them in for a larger gift card?

I don't know about trading them in on a larger card, but I have used two gift cards (and Safari Club card) for one check before, no problems.
