Question about Ragland Road

Is Ragland Road located inside Pleasure Island? If so, do you need to pay admission to Pleasure Island in order to eat there?

Also, any recent reviews? We are interested in trying this on our next trip.

It's located just over the bridge, where the P.I. Jazz Co. used to be.
No PI admission needed to dine there.
