Question about points transfer?

I have points in my Sept 2007 use year and points that I banked into Sept 2007 from Sept 2006 use year. If I understand how it works, I can transfer out the current Sept 2007 points to another member but I would only be able to rent the Sept 2006 use year points that were banked and they would have to be used by August 31, 2008. I hope that wasn't too confusing

yep - you are correct. you can't transfer banked pts.
