Question about Planet Hollywood

Just a quick question about Planet Hollywood. Do you have to purchase admission to Pleasure Island to eat at Planet Hollywood. It's on the DDP and I know the kids would love to eat there, but we really don't care to pay for admission at Pleasure Island. Thanks
