I know i am obsessing a bit but i am not sure what we should do with our p[assports when we go to the parks. Don't like the idea of taking them with us, but also not real comfortable with leaving them in the room safe. Will the front desk secure them for you in there safe? If something happens to them we can't do our cruise portion of vacation. Anyone give me some advice as to what they did with theirs. Thanks

I would trust the safe in my room over the front desk anytime! We have never had any problems w/ a room safe, have a great trip!

Either a room safe or in a money belt if you want to take them with you. I've never had a problem leaving mine in a room safe. I would not want to hand it over to the front desk!

I say room safe - Listen to this one I left our key in the room safe by accident with ALL our cash and documents, ipods, jewelry, etc in there and went off to the parks by the time I realized it we were in a Bugs Life attraction! Husband assurred me it was fine, I was a BASKETCASE! When we got back to the resort, everything was just as we left it, mousekeeping had been there but only pushed the door shut. Needless to say we let the front desk know of her honesty and left her a gift the next day! Good luck to you dont leave the key in it (if its not digital) and have a great time enjoying all the magic!

Another vote for using the room safe. Definitely use it to store your passports if you have concerns. I did the same thing when I did the land/sea package w/ DCL this past December. Kept both passports in the room safe at the Poly until we left for our cruise. :thumbsup2
