Question about Palo Brunch

Are you required to wear the same attire at brunch that you have to wear for dinner at Palo? Or is it resort casual there at brunch?

Where could I find a menu of what is at the brunch? I know that I saw one somewhere, but I can't remember.

I don't think that there is a menu for brunch - it's mostly buffett style with hot entrees made to order. What you've probably seen what people remember. Like...

crab legs, smoked fish, breads, cheeses, jams, whipped cream, lemon merangue pie, meats, and on and on. There is the pizza (the fruit pizza is wonderful) and for entrees they had egg benedict, eggs julliene, a pasta dish, some sort of fish (absolutly the best food I've ever had - don't remember the name AND I don't really like fish much at all - just decided to be adventurous), and chicken and a meat.

Those are things that I remember right off of the top of my head, not meant to be a comprehensive list.

If they offer the tilapia (fish) - Don't Miss It! It is a specialty, and it was FABULOUS. And I do not usually like fish!
