Question about Orlando Stroller Rentals

Can anyone tell me if you get instructions with the stroller on how to fold it? We are renting a special needs stroller from them, and I'm afraid I won't be able to work it

We rented a City Mini double from them last year. We received written instructions (no pictures). When I reserved the stroller they referred me to a website video which explained how to fold. We had a problem one evening and could not get the stroller to fold - the owner met my husband at the hotel at 8:30 that evening in the pouring rain to fix the stroller. There was nothing wrong with it - we had snapped a strap that prevents the stroller from folding. I cannot say enough about their customer service. I work with special needs children and two of my patients have used the strollers for their Make A Wish trips and their families have had no problems.
