Question About Nov. Hours

I have been looking at the hours for September and October and I see that they are keeping the parks open later. I thought November was considered an "off-peak" month with the exception of Thanksgiving week. Anyone know what gives and if this could be related to the delay in the hours?

The November hours were put up yesterday. They have a few nights outside of Thanksgiving week that they are open a little later.
