I'm calling this budget related, because I'm too cheap to buy books.
I'm considering getting a Nook. I know that my library offers free ebooks through the Overdrive system. The lady at the library told me that each time I want to download a book from them, that I need to download it to my computer first and then hook up the Nook to my computer and transfer it over.
I'm confused by this. If I have to hook up the Nook to the computer each each time I download a book from the library, doesn't that make the Wi-Fi (and possibly 3G) worthless to me?
Can someone explain this to me please? Thanks.![]()
I just downloaded at least 10 free ebooks last night from Barnes and Noble. There are some facebook pages that often post deals if you "like" them. The one that I saw a ton of deals on is: Cheap e-reads - there is one link that has a long list of free books for June! So, for this you can use the 3g wi-fi.
