Question about National

We never rent transportation, but due to the fact we have to drive 9 hrs to S.C. from the airport when we get into Orlando the beginning of Oct. for a wedding before we start our vacation, I need some advice. Would it be possible to rent a minivan at the airport from National for the weekend, return it on property at WDW and then get a one way towncar return to the airport at the end of our stay? Also, how far in advance will they start having decent deals on weekend rentals and do we dare wait to make a ressie?

Yes, the scenario is possible, totally. The only hitch is: make sure you can take the vehicle out of FL. I would start looking now and book it when you see a good rate. You can always cancel it or change it. www.mousesavers.com has great hints, codes and links to coupons.
