Question about MYW dining

We will be going 8/24 - 8/30, so will be there during the first week the MYW dining is free with the package. My question is in regards to how the servers deduct the meal credits. Will the KTTW cards each have a certain amount of credits assigned to it or will all the credits be assigned only to the cards we allow? Usually we only have charge priviledges on the adult cards as I don't want the older kids able to charge, and I don't want the older kids to use up all the snack credits on the first day.

I hope that someone who has used the MYW package before could just let me know how the servers handle this. Also must we announce before we order that we are with the plan?

The credits are all together. We only used 1 card to pay for our meals so I cant answer that one. All the TS places we ate at the servers asked us if we were on the plan, but I know you are supposed to tell them before you order.(Sometimes we forgot at CS places )
