Question about my DVD

Monsters Inc. Toward the end when Mike says to Scully to close his eyes and follow him because he has a suprise (Mike rebuilt the door scene.)

as Scully and Mike are walking from the scare floor Scully (or the DVD) remains motionless it looks like it jumps a couple of scenes. and then MIke and Scully are in the room with the door.

And you've double checked to make sure there aren't any fingerprints, dust, dirt or scratches on the CD?

You may need to get a new DVD if it's clean....
