What characters are usually available? Are they decked out in holiday finery?

They are all there!!!!!! We went last year and met Mickey and Minnie (near the expo hall), Donald hangs out in Toontown Fair at his boat where he has a Christmas Tree stand!!!! We saw Pooh, Tigger, and Piglet also by the expo hall. Goofy rode the Barnstormer Roller coaster in Toontown fair with my 4 year old son. Dopey, Cinderella, and Fairy Godmother were behind Cinderella's castle. Chip and Dale and Pluto were at the character greeting place across from The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh .(I don't remember what it's called). Mr Smee was by Pirates of the Caribbean, and we saw Belle on Main Street. I'm sure there were more but that's all I have pictures of!
They are all dressed in Holiday costumes. I sent the picture of my son with Mickey and Minnie out as our Christmas card last year!!!!!
