I've read several posts on this board that hinted that you cannot wear a mask at MNSSHP. I read over the do's and don'ts I got with my tickets and it didn't say anything like that. DH has a costume that is a 1/2 face mask. Can he not wear it? Thanks for the help.
Face paint is okay at MNSSHP, but no masks of any type. On adults or children. This is partly a safety measure, since masks can limit your line of sight and would be dangerous on some rides. It's also a security measure -- with masks, it's hard to tell who is who. Children and adults could get mixed up, with a child going off with an adult dressed the same as his or her parent.
I can understand this, but where did the info come from? It wasn't on the sheet that was included with the tickets. What if people use that as a guideline and don't read the DIS? They show up and are told they can't wear their costume??
