Quick question about party tickets.

We are planning an extending a three night cruise in November by hitting the first night of the Christmas party. We will most likely stay at the Wilderness Lodge (we like it & it's close to MK)

I know the party tickets get you in the park at 4:00, but will we be able to make three fastpass picks to use between 4 -7 if we don't purchase actual park tickets for the day?
