Question about March.....

hey gang!!! Well, since the airline won't cooperate with me, I think we may push our Feb. trip back to March. We are thinking of hitting Epcot Wed. March 7th and Thursday March 8th. Then, on to Universal for 2 days and Dad's for 2 days. My question is: is there anything going on in Florida, Disney or Universal that I need to know about before we decide to buy air for those dates??? I know all about the spring break, daytona and President's holiday in Feb., and I know they are contributing to the problem I'm having w/ air. So, if anyone knows of anything going on (trying to miss the crowds at Epcot), I'd love to be enlightened...as it's been over 20 years since I've travelled "off summer time".) TIA

You should try and find out what weeks the Fl kids are out for spring break and work around that, its probably going to be heavy during March, I thought about March too, but I'm a little concerned on the Spring Break situation.

i did post this same ? on the disney boards since epcot is the crowd i'm trying to avoid. someone DID mention middle of march picks up.....i am just hoping that wed & thurs (7th & 8th) are light...don't care much about crowds at UO, always stay onsite anyhows....and dad's, well, Dad lives almost 2 hours away, so I know there won't be crowds there But, I do have a couple of "contacts" that can help me out with southern schools....so, i'll keep investigating and posting to find out! Thanx

have been during the week second and third weeks in March i believe they were a tuesday and a wednesday. there were no crowds! last trip March 05 it was raining and about 60 degrees out and we did IOA in half a day with all rides walk on
