Question about Magic Bands and Non-Exp Tickets

Hello ticket/MB experts! My friend and I are getting ready to take a long weekend trip in Sept. Both of us have days remaining on 10 day non-exp tickets that we will use on this trip. Both of us are on my MDE account. She last used her 10 day ticket in December 2013 and it was linked to a Magic Band. I last used my ticket this past March and it was also linked to a Magic Band. We still have both physical tickets and our previous Magic Bands. I just customized our Magic Bands for our upcoming trip. Do we need to do anything special to make sure our tickets made it onto our new MBs, or does it all just work out bc the tickets are linked to our names in my MDE account? We always bring our old plastic tickets with us just to be safe (both are RFID enabled), but should we also bring our old MBs?

Your tickets are linked to your MDE. The magic bands are a way to access your MDE. There is nothing you need to do, both your old and new magic bands should work.
