Question about looking at your ressie online??

I booked through Sams club, and I asked for my Disney booking # which my TA gave me, but I still can't view my reservation at the Disney Website. I tried my phone #, just as its listed on my confirmation page from Sams, but Disney doesn't seem to recognize it. Any Suggestions? Any body else able to view theirs online when booking with a TA?

Its the regular Disney.com website, cruise line section, under My Cruise.

I was under the impression that the only way one can look at their ressies on the DCL site, is if you booked directly with them...

Someone will correct me if this is not the case..

I am sure you can only look at your reservation on line, if you book it with DCL.

Even if you have the DCL ressie number, unless you booked it directly with DCL you will not be able to view it.

But, some Dreams Unlimited bookees have said they were able to view their ressies at the DCL site so do not know what is up with that.

Also, FYI....if you do view your ressie online and then call DCL to discuss something about your ressie the CM will not be able to pull up your ressie in their system. You have to wait at least 30 minutes after you have viewed your ressie for DCL to be able to access it in their system.

And, DCL takes the ressie out of the DCL website system about 2 weeks before your sail date so you will not able to view it inside of 2 weeks of your sailing.

Once a TA is handling your cruise, you cannot see your reservation online at DCL's site. Their CSRs wont even talk to you about it. We booked online with DCL and could view the info. Once we transfered to a TA, it was gone.

Thanks, that's what I figured. Oh, well I guess it's worth all the money I saved using a TA instead of direct from Disney not to be able to see my ressie!

If you are interested in seeing what it looks like, ask your TA if they will bring it up and send you a screen capture.

Thanks Barb. I just may do that ! On another note, do you still have a a cruise website? We cruised in '02 and I looked at it all the time. We are going in Sept. and I wanted to visit it again if you still have it? Thanks!

When you book with a TA everything MUST go thru them...on DCLs web site it does ask for TAs id. When we were "cancelled" (Nov 02) we were sailing with another couple who booked thru their TA, we got a call from DCL about the cancellation and they still hadn't heard from their TA at 5:30 the night before we were to fly out. They heard from us!!!!
