I called Disney Dining for tea at the GF for a party of 14. They gave me a number to call for "large party for tea". It wasn't group dining but a number directly into the garden view lounge. No one answered so I left a number on the voice mail. Then I decided to go ahead and call back regular dining. They booked two ADR's for tea at the GF for 7 people each.

Should I stick with the two ADR's for tea and hope that we all sit together? I asked her if they were "linked" and she said that they're both under my name so I guess that means they're linked. Should I call group dining or the number that they gave me for the garden view lounge extension for "large party for tea"? Suggestions and advice please.

Thanks

I am in the middle of planning for 20+ at a couple of events and typically dining CM gives me the phone number for the restaurant to call. When talking to the people at CM about booking 2 or 3 separate reservations to cover all the people they discouraged it. She said that if you book a large party with them, they will try to keep all tables close together. If I book with individual reservations with regular dining number or online they won't.
