IF I am lucky enough to get a cruise, what is the time that they depart the marina? Do they leave from BW, BC or YC? If I'm planning to have dinner at Cape May Cafe, what time should I make the PS for? I was thinking 5:30pm would give us enough time? Thanks!

I forget what time the boat leaves, but I do know it leaves from the Yacht club.

I'm sure someone else will be able to answer your other questions.

Try not to miss this. It was the greatest experience for me!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc I was told I didn't stop my ear to ear 7 year old style grin from the minute they had us "blow out the torches around the lake until about an hour after we got back.

The majority of the boats leave from BC but there are a few from BW. As for timing we did a 4:50 PS at Le Cellier, saw the 6:15 TOD and took the boat to BC for out 8:15 sailing without any problem

Have a great trip

Hi Scanne:

We had the great fortune of enjoying the Illuminations cruise last November.

The Cruise left the dock at the Yacht club at 8:30 pm. We were asked to meet the boat at 8:15. We made dinner reservations at the Yachtsman Steakhouse for 6:00 pm. Since we only had to walk out of the hotel to the dock - we had plenty of time and it was a most memorable evening and a fanstastic way to end off a great dinner.

It became one of our most memorable Disney experiences.

Enjoy!

Hi Scanne,
Dinner at Cape May Cafe followed by an Illuminations cruise is my idea of the perfect evening! We did it 4 years ago for my birthday and it was wonderful. That time we had a boat that left from the Yacht & Beach Club and the dock is right outside the back of the Hotel.

Next week we are doing the same thing again for my DH's 40th birthday. I called at 7:03 am and the boats from YC were already sold out. Luckily I asked if they had any boats at Boardwalk and I got the last one. I was told to be at the Boardwalk marina at 8:15 for our cruise. I've made our dinner ressie for 5:30 pm and then I thought we'd have time to walk over the bridge to the Boardwalk and meander around a bit before out cruise meeting time.

I think Cape May is a bit of a quicker restaurant since it's a buffet. You are not waiting for your food to be cooked and brought out.

Remember to call right at 7:00 am to get your cruise. Good luck and have a great time. :)
