Question about hotel shuttle services.

I'm kinda embarrassed to ask this but, I've never used a hotel shuttle before. We're staying at the Hampton Inn by MCO our first night as we're arriving at 8:00pm. Do I need to call them & set up this shuttle service ahead of time, call when I arrive, or are they just there and I ask for a ride? Thanks!

It depends on the hotel. Since 9/11, we fly in the night before our Disney cruises and grab a cheap hotel via Priceline or Hotwire. Since we use Happy Limo to go to the port, we stick to hotels with shuttles for transportation from MCO the night before. At some of the hotels, we have had to call for the shuttle. At others, there is a set pick-up time (for example, hourly on the hour). Just give the Hampton a call to find out their policy. You can try their 800 number first, but you may have to call the hotel directly to find out.
