question about historical AP rates...

I'm a relatively new AP holder, and I am curious if room only AP rates were offered this past summer. If so, can you give me a range for each level (value, mod, deluxe)?

If my memory is working correctly, I don't remember any AP rates, just the Dreamaker Package. Can anyone confirm?
