Question about hilton head island resort.

I was hoping someone could help me. We will be visiting HHI in the fall and I was wondering about Tide Me Over. I know that we can get lunch items there but can we also get bagels and muffins and items like that in the morning or is it only open at lunch. It will be our first time there and I would really appreciate the information. Thanks.

Tide Me Over is usually open by 8am and they do have bagels. The menu selections are pretty limited. Your best bet is to just pick up some muffins at Piggly Wiggly. Here are the breakfast selections from Allears:
