Question about GF confirmation letter

For those of you who have booked RPC concierge, does it state concierge on the confirmation letter? I called CRO and they said that it is a RPC concierge room and then I told them that the few requests that I made were not all on the letter, just one. She then told me what all of the requests were and everything was in the system, but they just don't put all of them on the confirmation letter. Just curious what your experience has been.
Thanks!
Chris

I have always requested things and have always only had one request print out on the confirmation itelf. All of the requests have been in their computers too.

I don't know for sure, but I think I read somewhere that the computer only allows one line of requsts to print out, so to be sure to put your most important one down first!

Chris,

I just checked through my paperwork. The original confirmation states Grand Floridian Main Building (which is all concierge anyway). The final intinerary that I received from WDW travel company, states Grand Floridian Concierge.

I found the best thing to do, was 4 days before our arrival, I faxed the room assignor at the GF with our requests. I listed them by priority, as I also read on these boards that they will always try to accommodate your first request. Surprisingly, I did get everything that we asked for (room with MK view, 4th floor, Cameo theme). I made the fax kind of cutesy, with Disney clipart and let them know why I was making each request (six year old princess, starving teenagers~4th floor is lounge area).

Hope you have a wonderful time,
Tammi

My concierge deluxe confirmation sheets say "garden/water" under view, special instructions on the back say "check-in at front desk, a concierge host/hostess will escort you to your concierge accommodation".

It was actually my old confirmation from July (it was originally Concierge Deluxe then I switched it to Lagoon View). We will be staying in the Royal Palm Club (hopefully Concierge Deluxe) either late-2003 or mid-2004. :)
