Question about Flower Festival

I am going to the world on may 18-22, i will be there during the character weekend, is it all the characters that are seen all the time or some of the more rare ones? thanks

We went last May, the 14-21, and we saw lots of characters from the character bus at Epcot. Quite a few I didn't expect to see. Just keep an eye out for the bus at Epcot, and you'll see a lot of them. They lined up down the sidewalk leading to the World Showcase when we saw them. Have fun!

We will also be there May 14 thru 21, which day/time during the week will be our best day to visit Epcot for the Flower & Garden Festival and see the most characters?
